The brief
Where they were.
Chi-Chi had built a loyal customer base through Facebook and word of mouth - but Facebook was the only place customers could find her. Information was scattered across posts, enquiries were flooding her messages, and there was nowhere to send someone who wanted the full picture. She wanted a dedicated website to serve as a single source of truth: a home for upcoming litters, the waiting list process, breed information, and her terms and conditions. A contact form was essential to bring some order to the enquiry flow. And the design had to feel unmistakably hers - Chi-Chi was particular about translating her established brand colours, aesthetic, and warmth into every detail.

- A homepage built around trust and authority - council licensed, Blackpool council 5-star rated, with testimonials and social proof woven throughout
- A dedicated breeds page covering personality, care and maintenance, appearance, and ideal owner profile for each breed Chi-Chi works with
- A dedicated waiting list page explaining how the process works and why joining early matters - reducing back-and-forth at the enquiry stage
- A contact form to capture enquiries directly and reduce reliance on Facebook messages
- Legal pages giving prospective buyers the information they need before committing
- Webflow CMS so Chi-Chi can update litter availability and breed information herself without any technical knowledge
The result
What changed.
The results came fast. Within the first month, I set up and linked a Google Business Profile that quickly accumulated 30+ five-star reviews - pushing Chi-Chi's Premier Pooches to page one in local search and Google Maps. Organic site visits grew significantly, the contact form immediately started generating organised, trackable enquiries, and Chi-Chi's day-to-day workflow became noticeably more manageable. Customers responded warmly to the site's aesthetic too - a sign of how closely the design matched the brand they already loved.
