My story
Born and bred in Blackpool.

I've been fascinated by computers and code since I was a kid. In every job I've had since, I ended up being the one looking after the website, the social media and the tech problems nobody else wanted to touch. I've also spent years in customer-facing hospitality jobs, so I know what good service looks like, and how much your reputation decides whether new customers pick you.
About three years ago I started building websites and systems properly, for real businesses. Alongside that I'm in my final year of a management degree, specialising in digital marketing. So I don't just build things that work. I build them around how your business actually wins customers.
A lot of my friends run businesses here, so I hear first-hand what it's like. There's the summer rush, then the long quiet winter when every enquiry counts. Blackpool owners have more grit than they get credit for, and they hold their own against anyone.
The best part of my job is the moment someone who says "I'm not a tech person" realises they can run their new system themselves, and that it's theirs. The look of "I didn't know this was possible" is why I do this. My goal is simple: take the time-consuming jobs off your plate, so you can get on with running your business.
